The MADE-Life Foundation processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your participation and for a maximum of sixteen years after the end of this participation in order to be able to provide information about the long-term progress of the various Challenges and initiatives. After the aforementioned retention period, the MADE-Life Foundation will immediately destroy and/or anonymize the personal data, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period. In the latter case, these specific personal data will be retained for the statutory retention period.

3. Security measures and processors
The MADE-Life Foundation has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This protects your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
The MADE-Life Foundation uses third-party services, so-called processors, to process personal data. These processors process the personal data exclusively on behalf of the MADE-Life Foundation. A processing agreement has been concluded with the processors in which the processor is obliged to comply with all obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation and this Privacy Policy.

4. Right of inspection, deletion, questions and complaints
