3. Handling payments. Your name and bank account number are used to settle payments, such as declarations.

4. General contact in the context of your volunteer activities. The MADE-Life Foundation uses your name, telephone number and email address to exchange information in connection with your work as a volunteer for the MADE-Life Foundation.

5. Anonymous statistical research. Aggregated and anonymized data can be used for scientific research or statistics by ourselves or by third parties. This aggregated and anonymized data can never be traced back to you as an individual.

8. Telephone contact after the end of the participation. The MADE-Life Foundation may use your name and telephone number to inform you by telephone about the long-term progress of the MADE-Life Foundation no later than sixteen years after the end of your membership.

9. Volunteers. The MADE-Life Foundation can - always in consultation and after permission - publish the name, telephone number and e-mail address of volunteers, together with the volunteer position, on the website of the MADE-Life Foundation, with the aim of inform about volunteers who are active.

10. General Members Meeting (ALV). The MADE-Life Foundation processes your data for the administration of the AGM.

The MADE-Life Foundation processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your participation and for a maximum of sixteen years after the end of this participation in order to be able to provide information about the long-term progress of the various Challenges and initiatives. After the aforementioned retention period, the MADE-Life Foundation will immediately destroy and/or anonymize the personal data, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period. In the latter case, these specific personal data will be retained for the statutory retention period.

After the aforementioned retention period, the personal data will be immediately destroyed and/or anonymized, unless it is obliged by law (for example under tax legislation) to retain certain personal data for a longer period of time. 3. Security measures and processors

 

The MADE-Life Foundation has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This protects your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

The MADE-Life Foundation uses third-party services, so-called processors, to process personal data. These processors process the personal data exclusively on behalf of the MADE-Life Foundation. A processing agreement has been concluded with the processors in which the processor is obliged to comply with all obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act, the European General Data Protection Regulation and this Privacy Policy.

4. Right of inspection, deletion, questions and complaints
